Our ethos and highest priority is to create a nurturing educational atmosphere based on fun and positivity. We want children to feel confident and valued; safe and secure. We believe children have the right to voice their opinion and be heard.

We encourage children to make decisions and involve them in dealing with the outcomes of their actions. We have high expectations of children’s achievements. Children learn in an integrated way and we aim to support this both through child initiated and adult led activities.

We encourage community involvement from an early age and work closely with children, parents, families and local groups to participate fully in the community both as individuals and at a company level.

We believe by investing in our staff and praising, rewarding and incentivising them we will continue to build a committed, happy and effective team which in turn will create the environment and dedication we need to achieve our aims.

We believe in transparency, accountability and checks and balances in everything we do. We encourage all staff to take responsibility for their actions and encourage leadership from all the staff including the apprentices. Staff are our most important asset and we work hard at retaining the best with training and a structured career development path. We always strive to be better and know that even when we achieve ‘Outstanding’ that there is always something we can improve on.
