Manager: Sydni Reed

Having started as an apprentice in 2016, Sydni joined Clarence House in February 2022 as a Room Leader and became Nursery Manager in January 2023. She has completed many different courses to expand her knowledge; she is SENCO and DSL in Wellingborough nursery.

Sydni loves working in early years because she thinks that helping the children develop and grow is a lovely reward, it is a privilege to be a part of who they become as they grow. She loves being a part of the children’s start to life and being able to give them different opportunities to experience.

Outside work Sydni loves to spend time with my family, friends and enjoy days out and travelling.
